Todd Caudle

Principal

When you meet Todd Caudle, one of the first things you’ll notice is that he gets to the point quickly, with a focused and direct working style. It’s a quality he developed while growing up in the logging industry in Prineville, Oregon.

In his former position as a financial services manager overseeing Prudential’s Oregon offices, Todd realized he could create more tailored solutions by operating as an independent firm. He started his own company in 2006 and has since provided customized strategies supported by boutique-style service and industry expertise.
When he’s not working, Todd enjoys spending time in Central Oregon.

Julie Crabtree

Office Manager

Julie joined Todd’s team in 2017 as the office manager. With a background in law firm administration and finance, she is also a published author of young adult fiction. She enjoys building strong client relationships and takes pride in maintaining an efficient and organized office.

Julie grew up in a small town near Yosemite and attended the University of California, Davis, earning a degree in English. She also attended MTI Business College to become a certified paralegal. In her free time, Julie enjoys gardening, cooking, and hiking with her husband and two daughters.
